Our Server Architecture

We deploy NexDial across regional cloud clusters with automatic failovers. If one node encounters high load or memory leakage, traffic is dynamically routed to a hot replica to ensure zero disruption to live agents.

Database Redundancy & Daily Backups

Using Prisma and PostgreSQL, we enforce strict indexing and database replication. Every transaction is synced in real-time, and daily backups are encrypted and saved securely. In the event of a catastrophic regional cloud failure, we can restore full service with minimal RPO.
